I have been developing my own unique brand of wellness coaching for the past 10 years. My style is empathetic, judgement-free and based in taking positive action. I believe we have to unearth and face head-on the sources of our unhappiness in order to better understand our current situation and to move towards releasing ourselves from our past traumas.
